SCHOOL CHAPLAIN
Newly created post - Full Time Appointment - September 2009
An ordained Anglican is sought to be ‘parish priest' to the whole school community, to co-ordinate the liturgical life of the school, to teach the Christian faith and to play a leading role in the pastoral side of the school. He/she will be expected to teach half a timetable (any subject/s can be offered).
The School (numbering 650 boys and girls aged 3 - 16) is at an exciting point in its development. It is the highest achieving co-educational school in Wales at GCSE level and plans to develop a sixth form as soon as possible.
A Woodard School, the Cathedral School is sited on a beautiful campus next to Llandaff Cathedral; the Cathedral's choristers are educated here.
