Jubilee Celebrations
In September 1958, the Cathedral School moved from Cathedral Green - where it had been housed since being reformed by Dean Vaughan in 1880 - to a more extensive campus on the site of the old bishop's palace in Llandaff. We celebrated this latest 50 year milestone in the long history of the school which can be traced back through many centuries, during the week of 22 - 26 September 2008.
The highlight of the celebrations was a Solemn Eucharist of Thanksgiving in the Cathedral, celebrated by the Archbishop of Wales. The preacher at the service was the Senior Provost of the Woodard Corporation, Canon Brendan Clover.
