CARDIFF'S LEADING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL

Welcome to Llandaff Cathedral School. Ours is a school with an outstanding academic reputation, but without the 'pressure cooker' atmosphere which often comes with high academic performance. Our caring Christian ethos makes for a family-feel in all areas of the school, along with the down-to-earth realism of boys and girls working and playing together at all ages. We are the choir school for Llandaff Cathedral, providing 40 choristers who lead choral worship in the Cathedral daily, and they are just one aspect of a music department which is truly outstanding. 30 different musical groups rehearse and perform at the school. On the sports field we enjoy great stength, in both boys' and girls' sports, this term Football and Netball, as well as rowing on the River Taff.

Pupils' personal development is our priority, and this school is small enough that each pupil is known and cannot slip through the net. At the same time, it is large enough to provide a stimulating wide range of activities and opportunities.
