Highlight of the Week

An exciting visit to the new Memorial Hall

This week the Infants visited the new Memorial Hall to see how things are getting on.

The team of mini-reporters had a good look around and were astonished to see how much had been done since our last visit. They even had a chance to help one of the builders create spaces for the floor supports. The children also tested out the toilet door buttons to check that little hands could use them, before they are ordered and installed.

After looking around, the children interviewed Mr Smith, our contract manager. They not only asked some interesting questions but also made some suggestions as well. Mrs Sherwood joined us at the end of our visit and the children had a chance to tell her all about the building work before going back to report to their classmates.
