The school is managed by a Senior Leadership Team:

Mrs Clare Sherwood, Head, who has overall responsibility for all aspects of the School.

Mr Martyn Seaward, Bursar, is responsible for the school in the absence of the Head. He also oversees the health and safety, administration, finance, grounds and maintenance, transport, catering and cleaning sections of the School.

Dr Stuart Bailey, Deputy Head (Wellbeing), DSP Senior Section, has particular responsibility for child protection and safeguarding in the Senior Section, pupil wellbeing and overseeing the work of the pastoral team.

Mrs Catrin Ellis Owen, Deputy Head (Academic), has particular responsibility for the delivery of teaching and learning, the timetable, reporting and pupil progress in the Senior Section.

Mrs Rachel Smart , Deputy Head (Strategy & Operations), has particular responsibility for digital strategy, the curriculum, pupil pathways (including Learning Support and Scholars) and the day to day running of the Senior Section.

Mr Chris Morgan, Deputy Head of Primary (Teaching & Learning), has particular responsibility for the delivery of teaching and learning, reporting and pupil progress in the Primary Section, and day-to-day operation of the Junior Section.

Mrs Karen Price, Deputy Head of Primary (Wellbeing), DSP Primary Section, has particular responsibility for pupil wellbeing, child protection and safeguarding in the Primary Section, and day-to-day operation of the Infant Section.

Mrs Sally Walsh, Head of Primary, has responsibility for the leadership of the Primary Section including performance and progress of pupils and their pastoral wellbeing.
