At the Cathedral School we feel very proud of the School’s history and of the achievements of our alumni. We consider Old Llandavians (our alumni) to still be members of the school community and we are working to engage with and grow a living network of friends of the school.
Our chief focus is upon the present and the future, ensuring the school gives the best possible opportunities to the young people of today.
The tangible help of the living network of Old Llandavians makes a very significant contribution towards the Llandavians of the future.
The programme of events can be accessed via the Alumni pages, featuring Old Llandavians Day for former staff and pupils in July and a Christmas Drinks and Curry evening for our most recent leavers.
We will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of co-education at The Cathedral School in 2018-19 when we will be holding a number of events to mark the arrival of the first girls at the school. If you were at school around the time of 1978 and would like to be involved, share your memories from this time and help to put us in contact with any former classmates, please do get in touch.
We always enjoy hearing about the successes of Old Llandavians. If you have any news you would like to share, please do let us know.
If you are able to support the School in anyway, be it speaking at a careers convention, becoming a professional mentor to one or more of the sixth form students, please do contact us. We also have fundraising opportunities, be it contributing towards the school’s development programme, or in funding or part-funding a scholarship or bursary.
