A Fantastic Day of Scientific Discovery

Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic day of scientific discovery at Techniquest in Cardiff Bay. As part of their visit, the pupils took part in an engaging session in the Science Theatre, where they learnt all about the human body and, in particular, the digestive system. Adding to the experience, the session was led by a former Cathedral School, Llandaff pupil, which was a lovely connection for the children. 

The pupils also had the opportunity to explore the many interactive exhibits on the main floor, putting their scientific knowledge to the test through a range of hands-on activities and experiments. 

It was a wonderful day of learning, curiosity and fun, with the children returning to school full of enthusiasm and excited to share what they had discovered.
