CSL Sport Extra Time: Emma Williams

As part of our CSL Sport Extra Time seminar series, we were delighted to welcome Emma Williams from Cardiff Met, who delivered an insightful talk on strength and conditioning in sport and its important connection to resilience.

Emma shared valuable expertise on how effectively managing training load can enhance performance and play a key role in injury prevention. The session was incredibly beneficial for our pupils, who engaged thoughtfully and left with a deeper understanding of how physical preparation supports athletic development and long-term well-being.
