Animal Adventure

The highlight of the week for Year 1 was their visit from Animal Zone.

Pupils had the opportunity to handle hissing cockroaches, lizards, snakes, tortoises, stick insects and millipedes. They also had a close look at a tarantula, a scorpion, some toads and a Burmese python, named Alfie!

They all thoroughly enjoyed their time, learned many new facts and some of them even faced their fears to meet creatures they didn't think they would like to.
