House Challenge

House Challenge got off to an exciting start this year with some very close matches for Year 7-9. Perhaps buoyed by the fleeting visit of the CSL House Challenge 'goat' Arthur Wotton (OL, 2009-2016) who of course went on to represent Oxford University's Christ Church College on University Challenge. Some difficult questions saw Teilo take an early lead on day one with victories over Dyfrig and Euddogwy. Year 7's Shay C gave a notably strong perfomance.  

On Wednesday evening the Year 10-13s had the opportunity to showcase their reaction times and general knowledge. A super performance from Patrick M of Dyfrig put his house back in contention but a victory for Teilo in the last match, and a very impressive showing from Anna N, meant that Teilo were victorious overall, a great start over the joint reigning House champions. Dyfrig came second and Euddogwy third.
