The U11s and U10s were very privileged to have two former Welsh International and Grand Slam winners, Alix Popham and Lloyd Burns take a coaching session on the Bishop's Field this week.
Alix and Lloyd were focusing on contact and the break down, all of the boys learnt a lot from the expert coaching and both Alix and Lloyd commented on how impressed they were with the level of skill and commitment. Many thanks to Alix and Lloyd and to Mr K for organising the session.
